Cancellation & Refund
Cancelling is as simple as booking.
Cancellation before shipment
If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a FULL refund. We will refund the money to your mode of payment. In case the product is shipped then the customer can return the product, but he will have to pay shipping and handling charges for the same.
General conditions for product cancellation & return
•If you have received wrong/damaged or defective product then please feel free to return us back within 3 days of delivery.
•The items should not be opened or used i.e. it should be in original packing with all labels and tags on it.
•Please report to us within 24 hours of delivery of wrong/damaged or defective product through Whatsapp Business +91-6363982488 or email at [email protected] with details of the product and defect (company Email will not be accepted). Upon receipt of the returned product we will fully examine it and notify you. If you are eligible our customer care would help to get the refund the product if there is a valid reason.
•If you are not able to inform us within 24hrs then Mypartyzone shall not accept product back.
•The actual shipping & handling charges will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded to the customer.
General conditions for service cancellation
•In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such case will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity.
•To cancel your booking service you can call us / Whatsapp on +91-6363982488. The applicable refund amount will be credited.
In case of Service cancellation, refundable amount is calculated based on the following policies:
|48 Hours before party
|3 days – 5 days before party
|25% (Advance amount)
|5 days – 10 days before party
|50% (Advance amount)
|15 days or above/ before party
|100% (Advance amount)
General Refund Time
•Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. We do faster refund on e-wallet payment, credit should be available within 24 hours. By credit/debit card or net banking please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account.
•It will take 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in the original mode of payment except e-wallet. In case you do not receive funds, you can send an email to [email protected]
