Mypartyzone is India’s largest and most convenient Party supplies delivery company which enables you to order Balloons,Candle Banners, Décor hangings, Party Poppers and other products that you need for a Party, directly via your mobile or web browser.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is Rs.1000. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied against that order.

Who pays for the shipping charges?

Free shipping is applicable on all Orders above or equal to Rs.1000/- or more. For all Orders below Rs. 1000, a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 80 will apply.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card/Debit Card Online at mypartyzone.in?

Please note that Mypartyzone.in does not record any of your credit card details. We have partnered with India’s leading payment gateway provider Razorpay, paytm, Amazonpay and other payment gateway which has high level of security for online transactions.

I have an Event / Birthday Party / Festival / Wedding coming up, is my order going to reach me on time?

Please calculate 8-10 days (including some buffer period) from the day you place your order with us. Exclude Sunday and National Holidays while calculating and then place your order. Your order would be generally dispatched within 24 hours of you placing it. In all cases,the orders reach within 5-8 days maximum. For Metros & State Capitals we have an express service for additional Rs 150/- for 2-4 day delivery.

Is it compulsory to register before placing an order?

No, It is not mandatory to register before placing an order. However, we recommend you to register with us in order to take benefit of special offers and discounts from time to time. Besides, this also allows you to maintain your wish list and account details.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

After placing the order, user will receive a confirmation at the registered email address that your payment is successful. In addition, you will also get an email in the registered email address containing details of your purchase along with an SMS to the given contact no. to ensure confirmation.

What if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver two times before package is returned back. In case of non-availability of two times package will be returned to our warehouse.

How can I change or cancel my order?

No, we are sorry but that’s not possible. Our system is automated and created to process orders at a fast speed. We advise you to check your order carefully while filling in details –review the products you ordered, address details etc. because once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. You can return our products if defective.
